TITLE: Corned Beef Hotdish

Ingredients:
16 oz. cooked macaroni
1 can corned beef (chopped)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon minced onion
Saltine Crackers

Method:
Combine macaroni, corned beef, cream of celery soup, milk, and minced onion in casarole dish. Top with a layer of crushed saltine crackers. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Cover while cooking.


TITLE: Macaroni Casarole

Serves: a couple of kids and a mother

Ingredients:
Box of macaroni and cheese
Assortment of your favorite frozen veggetables

Method:
Prepare macaroni according to box directions. Add frozen veggetables when adding the uncooked macaroni. Finish following box instructions, while stirring occasionally.

Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 package 12 oz. egg noodles
1 can mushroom soup
2 cans tomato soup
1 1/2 cup green peppers, cut into pieces

Method:
Brown meat onions, and peppers in skillet. Boil noodles and drain. Combine all ingredients in casarole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min in preheated oven.
Note:
Amount of Green Pepper and Onion are approximate. The recipe calls just for "onion" and "green pepper". Add or reduce amount as desired. Recipe name is pronounced: Wan Moo-sah-tee


TITLE: Slow and Easy Barbecued Ribs

Serves: 4+

Ingredients:
Ribs:
2 lb. boneless, country-style pork loin ribs
1 medium onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
Sauce:
2/3 cup barbeque sauce
1/3 cup plum jam

Method:
Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. Place ribs, onion, and garlic in sprayed crock pot.
Cover; cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.
Drain and discard juices from slow cooker; wipe edge of cooker clean. In measuring cup, combine barbeque sauce and jam, mix well. Pour or spoon mixture over ribs, coating evenly.
Cover, cook on high setting for and additional 25-30 minutes or until ribs are glazed. Serve sauce with ribs.
Note:
Any barbeque sauce of your liking may be used. If desired, grape jam may be used in place of plum jam.
